We are really looking forward to the coming season. In order to make your vacation as safe and carefree as possible, we will comply with all legally prescribed behavioural measures and regulations of the Austrian Federal Government.
Here we have listed the most important information regarding Covid-19 and the associated safety and hygiene measures for you.

In all common areas our guests will find hand sanitizing gels at their disposal.

The common areas are repeatedly sanitized throughout the day.

All critical contact points (handrails, elevator buttons, doorbells …) will be disinfected several times during the day.

Safety distances are adjusted in all areas.

The rooms are cleaned with disinfectant cleaning agents.

Attention is requested from customers to the social distance between people who do not live together and who are not staying in the same room.
Cancellation Terms:
For all bookings in summer 2021:
Quality time 100%
Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation 7- 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
Late arrival or if you leave before the booked departure date: 100% of the total price
No show: 100% of the total price
For all bookings in winter 2021/2022:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation 29 - 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
Cancellation 7 - 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
Late arrival or if you leave before the booked departure date: 100% of the total price
No show: 100% of the total price
Covid 19 Guarantee:
No cancellation fee if there is a governmental closure or lockdown, quarantined entire for the apartment house or village.
