We are a family owned apartment house. What truly matters to us is,
that you spend a great time in our house and Ischgl.
To make your holiday as easy and comfortable as possible, lot of features are already included:

Reservation/House rules
A reservation is possible at our website or you send us an e-mail. With direct booking we offer free ski depot at the cable car. In summer the Silvretta Card is included.
Please do not smoke in our house. The landlord is entitled to enter the apartment if necessary. Please note that, as the tenant, you are liable for damage to inventory and furnishings. From 22.00 p.m to 08.00 a.m there is a quiet time.
Deposit, City Tax, Payment
The deposit is about 35% of the arrangement price. We will inform you about the exact amount in the reservation confirmation.
Only after receiving the deposit is the reservation binding.
The remaining amount can be paid in cash, by EC-card, credit card (only VISA and MasterCard) or can be transferred free of charge in advance. (5 days before arrival)
The local tax of 3,00 Euro per day, for all person over 15 year is payable at the end of your stay.
Prices are subject to change, misprints and errors as well as changes in offers.
Cancellation Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation conditions according to AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply. The place of jurisdiction is Landeck in Tirol.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
For all bookings:
Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation 89 - 30 days before arrival: 35% of the total price
Cancellation 29 - 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
Cancellation 7 - 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
Late arrival or if you leave before the booked departure date: 100% of the total price
No show: 100% of the total price
Covid Guarantee: No cancellation fee if there is a governmental closure or lockdown, quarantined entire for the apartment house or village.
Travel Insurance
Sometimes things turn out differently than one thinks! The booked vacation cannot be taken or must be broken off prematurely……to save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation, we recommend you to insure yourself with the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance.

Free public parking is possible in front of our house.
Children
Child discounts in extra beds:
Children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge for an extra bed
from 6 to 15 years we charge 10,00 Euro per child/for an extra bed

Mountain bikes
Bikes can be locked in our bike room. Water for cleaning is possible outside.
Ski Depot
Imagine you wouldn’t have to lug around all your ski equipment day in and day out – to the slope and all the way back to your accommodation.
Wouldn’t that be wonderful? Our ski depot lockers at Pardratschgratbahn make it possible!
The ski depot is free of charge for our guests (direct booking only)
Key cards for ski depot boxes are available at

departure day: till 10.00 am
Ski pass
Facilities at the ski resort Ischgl/Samnaun:
24.11.2022 until 01.05.2023 – daily from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm
Ski pass prices:
All our guest get the VIP – Card of Ischgl. With this card you have the possibility to buy the VIP- ski pass.
Can I wash my clothes?
Yes, we have a washing machine. (3,00 Euro)
Animals
Dogs are very welcome. We can´t accommodate more than a certain number of dogs in our house the same time. Please ask in advance if it´s possible in your favourite time.
